VexorParse provides AI-generated analytical summaries of documents you upload, such as pitch decks and investment memos. By using the service you agree to these terms.

2. Not investment advice

Memos are provided for informational purposes only. They are not investment, financial, legal, accounting or tax advice and are not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security. AI-generated content may contain errors or omissions. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions and for independently verifying any information before relying on it.

3. Your content

• You must have the right to upload any document you submit, including under any confidentiality agreement that applies to it.
• You retain all rights to your documents. We do not claim ownership of your content or of the memos generated from it.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Do not use the service for unlawful purposes or to process documents you are not authorized to share.
• We may limit or suspend access to protect the service.

5. Availability and changes

The service is provided “as is” and may change, be interrupted or be discontinued at any time.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VexorParse is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any losses arising from decisions made based on the service.
