Privacy policy

Summary

VexorParse is designed to process documents without keeping them. We do not store the documents you upload or the memos we generate, and we do not sell personal data. During the free beta, analysis is performed by a third-party AI provider under free-tier terms described below.

Documents you upload

• Uploaded files are processed in server memory only for the duration of the analysis request and are then discarded.
• During the free beta, files are sent to our AI processing provider (Google, via the Gemini API) under its standard free-tier terms. Under those terms, Google may use submitted content and generated output to provide, improve and develop its products, which can include human review. Do not upload documents you are not permitted to share with third parties.
• Generated memos are returned to your browser and are not saved on our servers.

Information we collect

• Technical data necessary to operate and secure the service, such as IP address, browser type and request logs, which may be processed by our hosting and network providers (Vercel and Cloudflare).
• Information you send us voluntarily, for example when you email us to request access.

How we use information

• To provide, secure and improve the service, including preventing abuse and rate-limiting.
• To respond to your requests.
